While he may be Solana Highlands’ new Community Director, Carlos Rebollar is not new to Solana Beach.

Five years ago, Carlos began his career with H.G. Fenton as a Resident Manager at Solana Highlands. After immersing himself in the community and enjoying many of the dynamic experiences Solana Beach has to over, Carlos knew he was in a special place.

“I love the coastal community of Solana Beach. It’s a perfect place for the culture, value and family experience that H.G. Fenton embodies to thrive,” said Carlos. “I really enjoy having a supportive team, seeing new and familiar faces, and building relationships with the people that call Solana Highlands home.”

Along with being actively involved with the Solana Beach Chamber and connecting with local businesses, Carlos plans to bring special lifestyle projects to the residents including creating a community garden, hosting yoga and wellness classes, and special events throughout the year.
