Roughly 30 to three dozen interim story poles were erected April 12 and 13 to show where the project plan has dropped significantly in height to accommodate neighbors’ preference. The project is three to 17 feet lower with roof lines along S. Nardo Ave. lower than today’s existing buildings. And two of the previously three story buildings now just two stories tall.
